HOW TO REGISTER TO RIDE:
In order to compete in the Roots Tour, we will need you to fill out some paperwork for us and send it in.  Below is a summary of documents we will need for you to provide us in order to compete.

1:  Gravel Tour Entry Form:  This provides us with the information about you, which division you are going to compete in and specifics about your sponsors / who your "people are".  You can download this entry form below and send it to us, or you can submit your entry via the  this link



2:  WWA Membership:   You will need to be a member of the WWA In order to ride in the Roots Tour.  Here is a link where you can register online if you are not already a member.   Single Day Form Download

3:  Liability Forms:   You will need to print and fill out some liablity forms for us in order to ride.  You can either email them to us, drop them by the shop or bring them to the event. 
* Riders 18 & Over:  Gravel Tour Liability Sheet, 
* Minors -                   Riders under 18 years old:  A Parent or legal guardian must fill out both the Gravel Tour Liability Sheet and the Gravel Tour Minor Liablility Sheet as well as the WWA Minor Liability Sheet.

Gravel Tour Liability Forms Required To Compete

In order to ride in the Roots Tour, you will need to fill out some forms for us.  We will try to explain them simply below.

 

1:  Gravel Tour Entry Form:   This provides us the information needed to register you to ride including your own information, address, division, and payment info.  Print this, and either email it to us at sales@perfski.com or drop it by the shop.  

 

2:  Gravel Tour Liability Form:  All riders 18 years and older who are going to complete must sign this form. If the rider is under 18 years old, a legal guardian will have to sign for the rider.  Please print, fill out and sign and either email it to us at sales@perfski.com or drop it by the shop or at the event.  You will not be able to ride unless we have this form completed and signed.

3: Gravel Tour Minor Liability Form:  All riders under 18 years who are going to complete must also have their parents or legal guardian sign this Roots Tour Minor Liability Release also.  Please print, fill out and sign this form and either email it to us at sales@perfski.com or drop it by the shop or at the event.  You also can fill it out at the event.  Your minor will not be able to ride unless we have this form completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian..

4: WWA Minor Liability Form:  All riders under 18 years who are going to complete must also have their parents or legal guardian sign this WWA Minor Liability Release Form also  Please print, fill out and sign this form and either email it to us at sales@perfski.com or drop it by the shop or at the event.  You also can fill it out at the event.  Your minor will not be able to ride unless we have this form completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian..
